What makes us different, makes us better!
ResilientMe is recognized as the industry leader because of our ability to prioritize youth from foster care and successfully guide their transition to strong and resilient young adults.
ResilientMe’s curriculum was developed and is guided by founder Naketa Ross, who is an alumna of foster care. She knows firsthand how painful and difficult it can be to face the world alone at the age of 18. Her unique perspective allows these young adults to connect with her point of view because she understands and empathizes with their challenges. She is a teacher, mentor, friend, and guide to a successful adult life.
ResilientMe provides youth from foster care with essential skills to navigate life’s challenges and pave the way for a successful transition into adult life.
As the only research-based and trauma-informed resilience organization in Arizona, our transformative programming gives youth in foster care the life skills to over-come trauma and become triumphant adults. ResilientMe is providing the tools for independence and freedom. ResilientMe’s personal resilience curriculum builds sound problem-solving skills, teaches youth how to Identify unhelpful thought patterns, belief systems, emotions, and actions.
